These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Courtside. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.
  • We may contact you at your registered email for verification and essential service communications.

Bookings

  • Courtside connects you with venues to book sports courts. When you place a booking, we share the details necessary for the venue to confirm and fulfill it.
  • Venue rules, opening hours, pricing, and cancellation/refund policies may apply and are set by each venue. Please review any venue‑specific terms before booking.
  • Booking availability may change; if a venue cannot honor a booking, we’ll attempt to notify you and help you find alternatives where possible.

Payments

  • If payments are processed through the platform, charges and refunds follow our payment terms and any applicable venue policies.
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes and fees.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the service or attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to access.

Intellectual Property

  • The service, including content, logos, and UI, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Privacy

  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the service, you consent to our data practices described there.

Service Changes and Termination

  • We may modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or create risks for the service or other users.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability of venues or uninterrupted operation of the service.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Courtside operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
